PRE-REGISTER: We encourage everyone to pre-register for the event here as space is limited to 100 participants. All registration for workshops is on a first-come, first-served basis. Thank you for your interest!
TRANSPORTATION: Transportation is also available for up to 60 students who live in Siksika. First come, first serve. Please indicate your transportation needs on the registration form and include your map and house number, along with a parent or guardian contact number which will be provided to the bus driver.
Registration Form - Vendor
Vendors must pre-register for a spot using this form, space is limited. One table and two chairs will be provided as well as lunch and snacks.
Move-In Time: Your booth must be set up and finalized by 8 AM - 10 AM on April 8 - 9, 2026.
Booth Components: Vendors are responsible for bringing all display materials, including backdrops, furniture, literature racks, and promotional items.
Safety Standards: All materials must be freestanding and within your assigned spot. No items may block aisles or neighboring booths.
Setup Inspection: Ensure all equipment (AV, lighting) is tested and running before the doors open.
